Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data indicated in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent data for the purpose of spam detection. An anonymized string generated from your email address («hash») may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/ . Once a comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is done in order to detect and approve subsequent comments automatically, instead of queuing them for approval. For users who register on our site, we store the personal information that they indicate in their profile. All users can see, edit or remove their profile information at any time (except for the username). The website administration can also see and change this information.

Media files

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading images from the site.

Which modules collect personal data?

If you use Hustle to create and embed any Pop-up, Embed, Slide-in, or Social share module, you may need to mention it here to properly distinguish it from other plugins.

What personal data do we collect and why?

By default, Hustle captures the IP Address for each conversion and for each view only if the «tracking» functionality is enabled. Other personal data such as your name and email address may also be captured, depending on the form fields.

Note: In this section you should include any personal data you collected and which form captures personal data to give users more relevant information. You should also include an explanation of why this data is needed. The explanation must note either the legal basis for your data collection and retention of the active consent the user has given.

When visitors or users submit a form or view a module, we capture the IP Address for analyisis purposes. We also capture the email address and might capture other personal data included in the form fields.

Where we send your data?

All collected data might be shown publicly and we send it to our workers or contractors to perform necessary actions based on the form submission.

Cookies
